Project Overview:
This app redesign for The Elephaid Foundation aimed to enhance user experience and address functionality issues hindering the donation process. As a non-profit committed to protecting elephants, the organization sought to increase app-based donations by optimizing navigation, simplifying forms, and creating an intuitive, accessible interface. The design focused on emotional engagement, user trust, and a seamless donation journey to align with the foundation’s conservation mission.
Key Challenges:
The initial app faced several barriers to usability and functionality, particularly on the Donation page. Users reported unclear navigation, excessive form fields, and issues with legibility and accessibility. Additionally, ambiguous call-to-action buttons and inconsistent brand communication created a fragmented user experience. These challenges limited donations, one of the app’s primary goals.
