Overview
Designed three digital ticket iterations for Horizon Railways, a growing passenger railroad company transitioning from paper to digital tickets via a smartphone-based wallet app. The design prioritizes seamless user experiences for two key user types: tech-savvy travelers seeking efficiency and convenience, and student commuters valuing simplicity and cost-effectiveness. Each iteration incorporates essential travel details from the original design while introducing new features such as seat visualization and WiFi indication to align with the user needs outlined in the client brief.
